Account and Data Deletion
Request deletion by emailing lannniaga@gmail.com. Use the subject line “ShortTale Data Request” and include the email address associated with your ShortTale account.
Include in your request
- The email address associated with the account.
- Your country or region.
- A clear statement that you want the account and eligible associated data deleted.
What happens next
We may ask you to verify account ownership. After verification, eligible profile, viewing, favorites, downloads, support, and usage data will be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period. Records required for fraud prevention, tax, accounting, dispute resolution, security, or other legal obligations may be retained for the required period.
Purchases: Deleting your ShortTale account does not automatically cancel a Google Play or other store subscription. Cancel active subscriptions through the relevant purchase provider.
