When you create or access a ShortTale account, we may process your name, email address, Google account identifier, and other sign-in information supplied through the selected authentication provider. We use this information to create and secure your profile, provide account access, synchronize your viewing activity, and communicate with you about the service.
If you contact support, we also process the email address and information included in your message to respond to and manage your request.
To operate the Application and deliver content, we may process IP address, request logs, device type and name, app version, operating system, network status, language, time zone, and crash or error information. We use this information to maintain functionality, detect crashes and errors, conduct technical analysis, protect service security, and comply with applicable requirements.
The Application connects to service infrastructure including api.drameloapp.com.
We may process viewing history, playback position, favorites, downloads, support requests, and related service activity associated with your ShortTale account. If you purchase a subscription or other paid feature through Google Play or another payment provider, the provider processes your full payment-card details under its own privacy policy. ShortTale may receive limited transaction information such as product, purchase status, order identifier, and billing period for entitlement, support, refund, fraud-prevention, and accounting purposes.
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate ShortTale, including cloud and hosting providers, content-delivery providers, authentication providers, email and customer-support providers, security providers, and payment or distribution providers. These providers may process only the information needed to perform their services.
